Yes, this is "my" Reuben. James R. Shephard was married to Reuben's daughter Charity. The children buried near him in the cemetery must be children of his son, Levi J. Kelly and wife, Mary Grass. Perhaps the L and H from the tombstone were actually L and M? Levi and Mary were married in Clark Co. in 1862. I appreciate any further information which can be found on Reuben's descendants.
