I didn't know there were any Chewning's left.... I grew up near Antioch, Mo. 9 miles south of Kahoka. Just 2 miles west is Chewning Bridge that crosses the Wyaconda river. I have some relatives that I think can help you....or some of the older people in the community. A dear freind of mine that is 95 in particular. contact me and i'll help you if I can.
