County of Cole - SS.
This license authorizes any Judge, Justice of the Peace, licensed or ordained Preacher of the Gospel, or any other person authorized under the law of this State, to solemnize Marriage between Harold D. Rush of Jefferson City County of Cole and State of Missouri, who is under the age of twenty-one years, and Miss Dolly May Whitley of Jefferson City in the County of Cole and the State of Missouri who is under the age of eighteen years.
Mrs. Laura Rush Mother of Mr. Harold D. Rush; gave her consent to the marriage.
Mrs. Cora Brauner, Mother of Miss Dolly May Whitley, gave her consent to the marriage.
Witness my hand as Recorder of Deeds, with the seal of office hereto affixed at my office in the City of Jefferson, the 23 day of October 1941
