Searching for information about William D. and/or Amanda Hendricks. William D. Hendricks born c. 1809 in West Virginia. Amanda Griffith Hendricks b. 1813 Illinois. Both were living in Otterville, Cooper County, Missouri, and appear in census July 5, 1870. In August, 1870, HE appears in Pottawatomie County, Kansas census. In Cooper County, they appear with children Hersia (Hershey) and perhaps Stephen. In August, only he appears with sons Thomas and Joseph in Kansas. Trying to find out what happened to Amanda Hendricks. If there are death records or cemetery records or any other records that would tell what happened to Amanda or either of the children, I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
