My gggrandmother's name is Aurelia Nierman. She married Peter H. Peterson April 6, 1855 in Clinton County. I am trying to locate her parents. I found on the 1880 census for Dekalb County a Fredrick Nierman who was a confectioner and his wife Eliza. The other children living with them in 1880 are Clarra, Frederick, and Frank. My gggrandmother was born April 6, 1855. This little bit was all that was in my grandma's Bible. I thought this family might be related because Aurelia's son's name was Fredrick. I don't even know if there were any other children or where they ended up being buried. My ggrandfather Fred Peterson died in 1964 in Kansas City area.Thanks for any help.
