Don't know if this will be of any help or not. I was born in 1935 and attended high school at Maysville High School with twins--Albert and Alberta Hector who were probably born in 1934, 1935 or 1936. These children lived with their grandmother (grandfather may have died during their high school years. I do not believe either of their parents were alive at the time I knew them. Shortly after our graduation in 1953, both left the DeKalb County area and I believe their grandmother also died about this time.
They have not attended any of our class reunions, but I could possibly locate Alberta from some other classmate--I believe Albert died recently. They lived in a small home about 1 block off the northeast corner of the Maysville square--close to the Vaughn brothers who at that time ran a poultry/feed business at the northeast corner of the square.
Hope this could lead you to something. You might try writing to the DeKalb County Historial Society, Maysville, Mo. They also have an e-mail address but I don't have it.
