We have recently discovered that the reason we were unable to locate information about Mary Ann Morgan who we believed married John J. Savage is: Her true maiden name was Mangin or Mangan. Her father was John Mangan who was a soldier at Ft. Wayne during the War of 1812. He was given land in the Arkansas area for his service. We are very interest in learning more about him. He married Polly Richardson in Miami co OH.
