Mandy - A disclaimer needs to be posted about the mistaken Hattie Cole Keenan children by Asbury F. Keenan, because she was married to Ferdiand Alers and later Charles F. Macey when those children were born. It was impossible for Hattie to have 3 children by Alers and have those Keenan children at the same time. They obviously belong to someone else, and you were led astray by an inter-net Keenan genealogy site listing these kids as Hattie & Mr. Keenan's. This mistake must be acknowleged. ~Gerrie
