Niblack in Wilson's History of Hickory Co

The Index to Wilson's History of Hickory County, (www.rootsweb.com/~mohickor/Wilson_index.htm) shows Jacob Niblack on page 157, William D Niblack on pages 126, 147 and Basil Elbert Niblack on page 188. Would someone who has access to this book kindly let me know whether a reference is made as to a relationship of these three men? I am particularly interested in what is shown for Jacob. I believe Jacob T and William D Niblack are brothers and Basil E is their half-brother, sons of John C Niblack who is buried in Urbana, Dallas Co MO.
Thank you to anyone who can help,
Florence
