I can't answer the question that you have, but I thought you might like this info., if you are connected to William D. Niblack. On the 1880 land plat it shows that a W. D. Niblack owned two blocks of land in Hickory Co., MO. One was 80 acres in Twp 36 Range 23 Section 10 and 40 acres in Twp 36 Range 23 Section 15, and the two connect together. That area is down by Polk and St. Clair Counties in the area that was refered to as the Tyler section on the map of Hickory Co., MO. The little town of Elkton is almost on it.
