I'm seeking a Bertha Miriam (Paxton) Scott. Her husband, Herbert, was my aunt's second husband. Bertha died in 1934 and Herbert and my aunt married in 1937. I also have Bertha's name listed as: Myrum Bertha Scott but her death certificate lists her name as: Bertha Miriam Scott, so must assume that is correct. If you are near Sumner Cemetery, is it possible for you to take a photo of her grave and email it to me??? I know that Willima Wayne Paxton is also buried at Sumner. His mother was Hugh Paxton's first wife, so half brother to Bertha. Oliver Paxton also buried at Sumner. He was Bertha's brother. I'm certain ALL those Paxton people buried at Sumner are related to Bertha. Herbert apparently had her body returned there for burial because Bertha died in Jasper Co and not Hickory Co.
