Louesa Laura Darrow b. 16 Dec 1841 TN, married Alfred Arnold b. 18 Sept. 1833 TN. What do you need, I have the Arnolds. I am the gg-grandaughter of Lucy Darrow and Harvey G. Coffey. My g-grandfather is James Madison "Matt" Coffey, who was deaf and dumb, he married Charity Frances "Fannie" Owsley who was also deaf by accident or illness. One note I would like to make is that after their marriage, every woman in this family, their second son, and sons following have always been deaf and dumb. My father William Buster Abbott (Lydia Coffey's son) did not carry the gene. I do not think the males carried the gene, just the women that I know of? I have two sons and neither is deaf. I have the 500+ page Darrow Family Tree. As you know, Louisa and Lucy were sisters, daughters of Adam Benjamin Darrow and Rhoda Susan Wallace.
