Thanks Constance, I have had someone else give me this line also.
I still am trying to connect those two Josephs and for the life of me I can't track any of the children back to him and Nancy. The only thing I have going is that Alex's family lived on the same street in 1870, and someone gave me 1850 for Alex's family and there is a Joseph but the age is off by 3 years.
Now a toss of the coin until I can get a family member to jump in and say yes he was in our family.
