Parrun Blankenship (spelling - Parrun) is found in the 1850 U.S. Federal census as "Farm" Blankenship in Greenup Co., Kentucky, Dist. 2, 28 August 1850, line 30, dwelling 599.Wife Amanda and daughter Sarah are in this census with him.There are several Blankenship families in Greenup Co., Dist 2, in this census, but no Thomas Blankenship.(Checking the 1840 census for Greenup Co., Kentucky, there is only a Z. Blankenship.)
In the U.S. Federal census of 30 June 1860, Parrun Blankenship is in McDonough Co., Illinois, Tennessee Twp., line 40, dwelling 2202, not far from the Thomas Blankenship you mentioned.Wife Amanda is here along with children:Sarah, John, Julia, Richard, Adlin, George, Caroline, and Edmund.
