Richard S. Mobley in Choctaw, OK in 1900

In looking for my great-grandmother's uncle Richard Mobley I came across Richard S. Mobley in the 1900 census.

I don't know enough to know if he connects to my family or not, although it does seem likely. But maybe he does connect to someone else's family.

1900 Federal Census, 5 N. Range 25 East, Choctaw, OK. 479th dwelling, 489th family. Page 156.

Mobley, Richard S., head, Sept. 1865, GA, GA, GA
Mobley, Florence G., wife, Mar. 1872, AR, AR, TN
Mobley, Mattie M., daughter, Apr. 1890, IT, GA, AR
Mobley, Robert S., son, Sept. 1984, IT, GA, AR
Mobley, Magdeline, daughter, Apr. 1899, IT, GA, AR

Richard and Florence had been married for 10 years, Florence had 4 children with three still living in 1900.

Does this info seem familiar to anyone?

Any info, ideas or questions are welcome.
