Yesterday, 7 Mar 2003, I did some census research concerning Lawson Mobley and his two brothers Frank Leslie and Authur C.

Based on 1910, 1920 and 1920 censuses Lawson’s family picture looks like this:

Lawson – b. c. 1879, d. ?, m. Mamie, b. between 1883 and 1885, (about 1902)

                     Edgar – b. c. 1906
                     Catherine – b. c. 1907
                     Lawson – b. c. 1912
               Harold – b. 1919

Lawson, Frank Leslie and Authur C. were apparently very close. In 1910 they all lived on the same road (Gate City Village) in East Point, Fulton Co., GA. Their mother Jane live with Lawson

In the 1920 census they all lived on Harrison Road in Hapeville, Fulton Co., GA. Jane no longer lived with Lawson -- I do not know where or with whom she lived.

In 1930 Lawson lived on King Street in Gastonia, Gaston Co., NC. Catherine no longer lived with the family.
