I have a note I recieved recently that Lists a Levin Mobley as the son of a William Mobley found in the 1778 Charles Co. census records of Port Tobacco, East Hundreds.
This Levin's spouse is listed in my note as Rachel Wall, dau. of a Henry Wall.

I hope this is a clue for you
