Hi Jean, I have a Sarah Ann Mobley, my gr.gr.grandmother, who was born Sarah Ashmore in 1802 in SC. She married a David Meador Mobley in 1827 and they moved on to McDonough, Ga. by 1840's. She died in 1846. Their daughter, my gr.grandmother, was also named Sarah Ann Mobley, b. 1836 and married to a Benjamin Estes who died in the war and then she married a John M. Conner....she ultimately died in Nebraska in 1909...........I don't think this fits your profile for yours, but thought I would pass this along anyway.......guess Sarah was a popular Mobley name.....
