Johnny: Weldon was a nephew to my husband's paternal grandmother, Addie Bell Mobley Highsmith; her brother, William Brode Mobley, was Weldon's father and was sheriff in Corpus Christi in the late '40's to 50's time-frame. He was also sheriff in Waco at one time.

We are searching for info on the parents of both Addie Bell and William Brode Mobley, and the only info we have is that they were from Alabama.

Have you found out anything more about the family? We'd be happy to share anything we have, although it isn't a lot.
