Still looking for info on husband's paternal grandmother's family -- she was Addie Bell Mobley, before marrying Uel J. Highsmith.

Her father's name was Henry David Mobley, b. 1858 in Georgia, and her mother's name was Nancy A., whose last name is unknown; she was born in 1861, also in Georgia. This info comes from the 1900 census taken in Floyd County, GA prior to their move to Texas.

The census form shows that the mothers of both the above were born in Alabama and the fathers of both the above were born in Georgia, but no names are shown.

The couple had 7 children, 5 of whom lived -- the widower of one Mobley daughter was Colbert J. Busby(?), who lived with the family at the time of this census, along with his 8-month-old son, Herbert. (There are no names available, for the 2 who died.)

If anyone has any information on this family, I'd be grateful if you'd share! Thanks so much.
