Since Cyrina/Cyrena is such an unusal name and their first born child was born abt 1856 in Indiana; this is a good possible for their marriage record:

Title: Marriage Records 1851-1875 Valume 2
Record Location: Johnson County, Indiana
Compiled by Edna Bice, Franklin Indiana D. A. R. Alexander Hamilton Chapter 1930
Spouse 1: James Mobley
Spouse 2: Cyrene Harris
Marriage Date: 22 Feb 1855
County: Johnson
Original Source Page: 53

1880 KS, Montgomery Co, William Robbins is listed as widowed and the only child in h/h is Oscar. Oscar was the s/o William & Cyrina. But where are the Mobley kids?
Spent some time looking for these children on the 1880 census forward and was only able to identify one.
Sylvester D. Mobley.
1900 KS, Chautauque Co as S.D. Mobley
1910 KS, Chautauque Co as Sam E. Mobley
1920 KS, Chautauque Co as Sylvester D. Mobley

Take care,
