Donna,

Fairfield County was part of the old Camden District and before that was part of Craven County. Winnsboro is the county seat. The William C. Mobley Cemetery is between Columbia and Union , SC about 50 miles from Columbia.

You can find Salem Cross Roads on a map. Go six miles past Salem Cross Roads toward Union, SC and take a left on John Brice Rd. and go about two miles. The cemetery can be seen through some trees on your left. This area is not far from the Feasterville Community. There is also another Mobley/Feaster Cemetery on the same road.
