I have seen the plats and I am somewhat familiar with the geography of the area. All I know about the Lotts and Yongues are that they were neighbors to my Rogers and Mobley lines there in Fairfield. I think I have seen the Lott name outside the Fairfield settlement, but I don't remember where. I was digging into the Yongue name a little because the name is found as witness on my brick wall's will, John Rogers (died 1790, Fairfield). The Yongues have at least two cemeteries there. The names of the marked graves can be found on the this site in a reply to one of my posts.
I believe that this group of families in the Mobley settlement ware fairly close and relied on one another to some extent up until the Revolution. Then things got sticky. There were many marriages between the Mobleys and Rogers, but I know of no proof of any relationships, other than just neighbors, between the Rogers and Lotts/Yongues. However, I think that there are marriages between Mobleys and Yongues. Good Luck!
Richard Wade Rogers, V.
