Children as named in his will:

Will of Lewis: I wish so much of my personal estate to be sold so as to raise money sufficient to pay all my just debts after which I wish the whole of my estate both real and personal consisting of land and negroes stock of horses cattle hogs etc together with my household and kitchen furniture and whatever else I am possessed of to be divided into four equal shares-
-one fourth part I bequeath and give to my wife Temperance Mobley during her life after her decease to go to the other heirs of my estate to be divided equally between them-
One other fourth part I give and bequeath to my son Nathan H. Mobley, one other
fourth part I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Watson and her children the heirs of her body and the other fourth part I give and bequeath to Eliza Ellen Mobley, Elizabeth Mary Mobley, Henry Pope Mobley and Lewis Arrington Mobley orphan children of Sampson P. Mobley deceased.-
-NB- the four orphan children named above to draw only one share of the legacy left my wife Temperance Mobley at her decease which will be one-third part of her estate-
-I request my son Nathan H. Mobley to take charge of my plantation and negroes until the present crop is gathered and prepared for market-
-I hereby appoint my son Nathan H. Mobley my lawful executor to execute this my last will and testament-
