Larry,

Here are my sources on Littleberry Mobley.

1830 Census- Lauderdale Co. Ala. age 20-30
1837 Deed-BK 12 p.311 Lauderdale, Co. Ala.
1840 Census- Marshall Co. MS age 30-40
1847 Cemetary Record-Littleberry Mobley
b.12 May 1806 d.23 May 1847, 41 years,
11 days , Tallaloosa Cem. Marshall Co.,
MS.
1849 Probate Court Record- Case #738, filed
Dec 24,1849, Marshall Co., MS.

Petition for Devision of Slaves, BK9, p.57 Marshall Co., MS.

Orphans Court Records, BK,12, p.199 Marshall Co., MS.

WE haven't found a record of the marriage of Littleberry and Hulda Mason, which was prob. ab. 1826. They are both bur. in Tallaloosa Cem., which is S. of Red Banks, MS. in Marshall Co.

I believe that Alfred and Littleberry could have been brothers.

Do you have anything at all on Alfred's parents, that you can share with me?

Ruth Echols
