My line of Mobley ancestry

First Mobley in America: William (circa 1680 or earlier) married to Phoebe Lovejoy;
son, Edward b.1700 married to Savannah (Susannah)DeRuel b. 1702;
son, William Mobley b. 1725 married Anne Osborne;
son,Thomas Mobley b.c 1764 married Mary Elizabeth Funderburg b.1753
(Thomas Mobley served in American Revolution,rank:Captain)
daughter, Nancy Mobley b c 1790 married Henry Fundeburg b 1782
son, David Mobley Funderburg b 5/7/1823 married Martha Anne Chandler b 1824
daughter, Rhoda Anne Eliza Funderburg b 3/20/1848 married, 1/6/1880 Pinckney Greene Maddox b 5/18/1829
The Mobley and Funderburg families arrived in Walton County, Georgia in 1833.
(I have a large photograph of David Mobley Funderburg taken about 1902. He died 2/14/1908.)

Note: Nancy Mobley was Henry Funderburg's first cousin, the daughter of Mary Elizabeth Funderburg and Captain Thomas Mobley.
