Carl, Thank you for your response, however,
the death date you mentioned is for Wiley Smith Mobley, Son of Andrew Wilson Mobley.
I have searched deeds and probate records in
Troup and Meriwether Co., Ga. I have searched the Meriwether Vindicator and LaGrange Reporter newspapers. I have searched all surrounding counties. I have the Ga. and Ala death records, no luck there, either. I have joined countless genealogical societies in Ga, S.C., Al. and Texas, and placed numerous queries. He has got to belong somewhere. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Mary Nowell
