Moffat's from Ireland to Western PA

I last posted this information in 2001 - since then some of my questions have been answered, but others remain. So, now I have George Moffat (my ancestor), who was born in 1824 and died in the late1850's, his sister Jane Moffat, who married William Stewart, plus they probably had two younger brothers Joseph and James Moffat. These Moffats and Wm Stewart were all living together in Lawrenceville, Allegheny County, PA in the 1850 census. Then we have another family who I surmise are cousins because the children of one family signed death certificates for the other family as nieces and nephews. This second family includes Jane Moffat, who married John Dickson, and her brother Robert. All these Moffats came to the US from Ireland - they spelled Moffat in many different ways - but they are all buried together in the Union Dale Cemetery in Pittsburgh. I would appreciate any help in sorting this all out - and I'd like to go to Ireland to visit the area where they lived.
