I'm the 4th great grandson of George Mogridge born 1807 in England. His daughter, Adeline is my 3rd g grandmother. I've tried to contact several of you that have posted to this thread with no success. I've just came into posession of an old book entitled "Memoir of Old Humphrey".

After reading the book, I've found that Old Humphrey was the pen name of a George Mogridge born Feb 17th, 1787. The book doen't talk about his family much, mostly his everyday life. The book does say that he was the grandson of Rev. Anthony Mogridge, a Vicar of Kimbolton, Worcestershire, England. There is a hand written date on the inside cover of 1851. Can you help me understand how I would be related to him?

Thank you,

Robert Ruth
