Georg and Ruth Anna > Va. in 1793 > Pa.

I am descended from Georg and Ruth Anna MOHN who settled in Grove City, Mercer County, Pa. in about 1830. The earliest information I have for them is the christening records of their first 2 of 12 children at the New Jerusalum Evangelical Luthern Church in Lovettsville, Loudoun County, Va., on Sept. 18, 1793. (I suspect that they originated in America in southeast Pa.) Later, they can be found between 1820 and 1830 at the St. Paul's German Luthern and Reformed Church in Zelienople, Butler Co., Pa. I suspect that Georg's father may have been Johannas Mohn and Ruth Anna's surname may have been MARTIN, since this name shows up in several of the childrens names.
