Thank you very much, Gregg, for your response to my posting and for your exhaustive research on this genealogical line. The tens of thousands of progenitors of George and Werner Mohn owe you so much for the light you have shed on these early pioneers to America.

I'm hoping other reseachers in Loudin VA or Berks County PA or other places where George and Wernor spent part of their lives together might be able to shed additional light on this.

It is stunning what you have managed to gather about these two ancestors of ours. I, for one, had no idea that lawyers were as busy as they were in the 1700's!

Does anyone else have any scraps of information either in Germany or on this side of the ocean about these two early ancestors?
