I am also trying to find info on Moon's,(my in-laws). But to put my two cents in, I am of German Heritage and looking into my German relatives and I have found that the Germans always record their names with the middle name first, then the given name, then the surname. If this helps with Abraham Jacob Mohn or is it Jacob Abraham Mohn? This is how I found my German relatives. I kept running into dead ends until I was informed of proper way they recorded names. I hope this helps. Meantime still looking for Moon's in Philadelphia, Pa. from UK.
