Hi Bill!
We've entered the "20th" & "21st" Century here in the hills & Redbank Valley area - of Armstrong & Clarion County! (my stompin' grounds -as you know!)
We've entered the "20th" & "21st" Century here in the hills & Redbank Valley area - of Armstrong & Clarion County! (my stompin' grounds -as you know!)As your Query indicates, there is no way that Johann "Adam" MANI / MANY, bapt. 30 Dec. 1724, from Altweiler, who died after 20 Oct. 1781, Williams Twp., Northampton County married a Maria Dorothea Odenwalder. On my visit to Easton, PA., last year, I obtained all Wills on Philip Odenwalder's. & all Deeds on "MANNY" That I could find!I did not find any that listed a daughter Maria Dorothea except as you say, the Philip who had the daughter, born in 1752.I think you made a "typo" in your Query of 100 years, didn't you?? I note others have done the same - easy to do!I know we discussed this via US Mail. However, I think I may have found a possibility as to her Maiden name & the connections!! [ You know me, I don't give up easy!! - I live here in PA where much of this "happened!"]

Here's the solution:Dewald HUSSA, is none other than Theobalt HOSCHAR.{Diedendorf Church Records, Bas-Rhin] "Jacob HOSCHAR, from Altweiler, son of Paulus, married 6 May 1720 to Margaretha, daughter of Johannes STUDER/ STUTTER.

Peter ECKER, Aged 40, Christian 19, Peter, Jr. age 21 of Hinsingen were emigrants on the ship: "Lydia" along with our MANNY Ancestors!
and Other HOSCHAR'S (Variant spellings!)
and Other HOSCHAR'S (Variant spellings!)
This is the connection with the North Carolina lines! The HOSCHAR'S on this ship also connect with Paulus HOSCHAR!I am recently corresponding with a HOSCHAR connection from Utah.He says the HOSCHAR ancestress is reportedly a born MANNY!!I am wondering if there's a Maria Dorothea??

In case you forget Peter ECKER, is the father of Catharine, who married Jacob MANNY, of the North Carolina lines. Also, I found other connections here - "Adam" who was born circa 1750's - incidentally has anyone checked Sussux, Warren, and adjacent Counties in New Jersey for his birth??I know one of my MILLER ancestors was born there = Hardwick Ctr., NJ.[ As you know, I descend thru him "many" times = Isaac, (note: Adam G. MOHNEY, is not his son! He's my GG. Grandfather, thru my Grandmother! Proof: Isaac's Will) possibly his twin, Abraham (more likely to be Adam G's father)and thru Johannes (John) of the stone house at Alcola, PA]"Adam" sold land to the WAGNER'S.Also think we need to check the folks he had Land dealings with!Often these went "father to son & in-law's" How about the CLAUS'S?? COVERT'S??LUTZ'S, ETC.
I may have hit "gold" = Joseph WAGNER, b. about 1790 of Krautergersheim, Bas-Rhin, md. Elizabeth LUTZ, b. ca. 1694,among their children was: Dorothea, b. 4 Jan. 1725!!Note that date!!It's the right age!!I think I found this under WAGNER # 43 On the list under the website for familysearch. The BUTZ'S also married into WAGENER'S / WAGNER, ETC.So, I think Johnnes (John) of Alcola, PA. (now Redbank Twp. Clarion Co. -about 3 1/2 miles from my house!) was md. to Catharina (WAGENER).As we know - the folks didn't marry anyone other than a "Cousin!" = so it appears!I neglected to get a print out of this, but think I can recall it easy enough! Check those surnames! They all show up with MANNY Connections!!Fairly positive it was http://familysearch.com/
