Lela Molder Baude, born 1908, OK

I am looking for anyone connected to the family of Lela Molder Baude. Lela was born 1908, Oklahoma. In 1920, she is on the Franklin, Miller, AR census, with her mother, Rachel (born 1874), and brother, Waylon. They are living in the home of Rachel's parents, John and Mary Rea.

Sometime in the mid 1920's, Lela Molder married Charles H. Baude (born 1900, Crawford, AR). They had four children. The third child was Wilma Faye Baude, born Jan. 7, 1930. I do not know the names of the other children, or date of birth. It is believed that a least the first three were born in Canadian Crowder, Pittsburg County, OK. The youngest child was born 1939-40, possibly in Muskogee, OK.

Charles H. Baude is related to my family, so I do have information on his parents and birth. I am genuinely seeking information on his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren.

This information is of vital importance to a very wonderful woman in Hawaii. She was given up for adoption, at birth, in 1951. Wilma Faye Baude, daughter of Charles and Lela Baude, was her birth mother. Wilma Faye passed away in 1988, so it is not possible to contact her. It is believed, from the adoption records, that none of Wilma Faye's family knew about the child, except for a married, older, sister, living in Bakersfield, CA.

Thank you for any insight, and help.

Dori Hooper
