Christine

you have come right down the male line that my Uncle William Mollison researched.
Catherine Dean is the fifth eldest of 9 children one of whom was my Grandfather - William Mennie Mollison. Her sister Jessie(6/10/1873) and brother Ed(20/5/1889) also went out to Birmingham AL. Jessie had 2 children- Jas and Donald (I don't have a surname) and Ed had Ed.
Catherine had 4 children, Ernest, Elizabeth, Catherine and Alex. Catherine was still alive ten or so years ago, I'll have to ask my Uncle(82ish?) if she still is.
Of the others: -
Jane(26/1/1875) - stayed in Tayport - had Jack, George and Alex
Jas(31/1/1877) - went to Add? - had Jessie,?, Jas, John and Kathleen
Elizabeth(14/10/1878) - went to Manchester - had Cissie and Jack (Carrington)
John(18/12/1882) - went to Totonto- had Jas and Douglas
David 29/12/87 died young
William 10/12/1892 - survived the 1st World War and married my granny.

Hope this enough to be getting on with.
Best Wishes, Muriel
