I have an ``Ad(e)line Eliz. MONIAC`` who married Jessie BUTLER, abt. 1836 in Baldwin County, Alabama. I have a copy of from the Baldwin Co., AL Probate Court (obtained 29TH day of September, 1981 which has been signed by Judge Harry D`Olive and witnessed by the Chief Clerk, Robert Rabon) stating that their marriage is recorded in Marriage Book 1810~1836.
Their son, William Malasha BUTLER m. Francis Eliz. USRY
Their daughter, Sallie Jane BUTLER m. Jonah (aka Jonas) Anthony DAVIS
Their daughter, Martha Elminer DAVIS m. Edward Solomon SANDERS
Their daughter, Ida Mae (aka Cherry) SANDERS m. Billy Edward LOTT
They had ``5`` daughters ... one of which is me.
I have a cousin, (that I`ve never met) named Betty J. Turner (She lived in Cairo, GA), who back in 1983 May 17 received an eligibility letter, because, she proved kinship back to Samuel MONIAC, BID #EC11089, APP.#64005
I have copies of many of the papers showing the `proof` she submitted to the Eastern Creek area office.
Her records show that Ad(e)line`s parent`s were Sam MONIAC,II and Susan MARLOW.
One of the papers states: The BUTLER`s were Muskogee Creeks; The USRY (aka USSERY, ULSRE) were also Muskogee Creek Indian (Bird Clan).
My `online` Family Tree is located at http://www.tribalpages.com/tribes/chappie623http://www.tribalpages.com/tribes/chappie623 It is a work in progress, that I am constantly working on as I obtain new information.
I would like to add your branch to the tree so, please contact me with your information & kinship.
