When I was 1yr-3yrs old, we lived on Mission Rd, Padget
Bermuda. The owners of the house were Isabell and Manuel
Moniz. We rented the house in 'Friendly Acres' from them,
and they lived in the cottage by the house.
Are you realated to them?
We were in Bermuda (approximately) 1950-53.
My brother was born at Kindley AFB while we were there.
We were very close to the Moniz's. Isabell used to make
doll clothes and send them to me every Christmas. I kept
in touch with them for many years...until 'around' 1970.
The last Christmas card I got had a picture of them with
an adorable little blonde girl...
My brother and I plan to return soon and hope to see some
of the family if they are still there. Please let me know
if you know of anyone related to them and if they are still
on Mission Rd.
I will be there this week on a business trip...15-19th May 2003 if you get this message before I leave tomorrow!
Otherwise, I'll use the info when we return.
My mom and dad were John and Elaine Stuart.
