Hi there MO,
Have you seen the postings on this board about the Wright Co., MO MOODY's?We are 99% sure that this line links to one of our Ydna "cousins" who has been tested but his family tree is not posted to our Moody Surname Project page.
Anyway, here is a Link to a Rootsweb page that contains info about the Henry "Turkey" Moody line and Jonathan MOODY and "Blind Sally" RANDALL etc. They have Jonathan's (John's) father as a Henry...don't know if this person has any Proof of it though, it seems no one does at this point.

However if you were Born a MOODY and Know you come from this lineage line and would be willing to take a very simple Ydna test, that would certainly Prove it. If you match our "Norse Viking" HaploType of "I1-N", you'd be part of our ever growing MOODY family tree.
We now know our Moody's came out of Scotland at some point prior to coming to North America. We have Moody cousins in Nova Scotia, Australia, New Zealand, all over Europe and of course all over America from corner to corner.
Here is a Link to our Moody Ydna Surname Project page and you can click on the Links from these pages to contact Bob Moody our Administrator. He's very nice and very helpful.
Also FTDNA is running a Sale right now on their 37 marker tests so if you choose to do the test, you will save some money too.

Thanks for your posting and hope to hear from you again.
