What was the name off __________Moody that married Carrie Steed, dau of Henry and Maria Steed probably of Anderson County, Texas. Carrie born ca 1876-78 married _________Moody before 1900. Do not know if she had children by________Moody. Do not know if he died or they were divorced. Carrie Steed Moody married Robert B. Brinkley in 1900. They had son Benjamin Brinkley (married to Golden M. (do not have a last name for Golden) born 1903 in Oklahoma. He is listed in the Native American Data Cards along with his parents and grand parents Henry and Maria Steed. Robt. B. Brinkley was part Choctaw, son of Alfred B. Brinkley and Esther E. Stewart Coy Goodson Brinkley. Robt. B. had a sister, Ellen Verde Brinkley, whom I have absolutely no information on. I believe Robt. B. and Carrie Steed Moody Brinkley had a daughter Opal and another son they named Benjamine. The older son Benjamin died in 1968, his wife Golden died in 1988 and both are buried in Tillman Cemetary, Tillman County, Oklahoma. Any information appreciatd. Most of this information from Indian Land Records , census and marrieage records.
