Info regarding the Derry Church in PA

This info is about the Derry Church (Presbyterian) in PA.
The congregation was organized in 1719. The church building itself was erected in 1720.
From the records of the earliest services found were the following members in attendance:
Robert MOODY, James QUIGLEY, James HARRIS, Benjamin BOYD, James HAMILTON, Alexander HUTCHINSON, Thomas and William CLARKE etc.

Nearby Paxton Presbyterian Church was organized in 1725 and the Rev. James ANDERSON from Co. Donegal, Nor. Ireland was its minister.
For other info regarding some of these folks, see my old postings on this board #'s 10388; 10389; 10212 and 10219.
Hope this is helpful.
