DNA findings

My husband tested for the DNA findings & he is Rb1a2 and he is a supposed direct male line from Clement but there are 37 others with different linage charts but the same Rb1a2 Marker so whats up are all of them the same line or what ? I don`t understand these markers I know they are right but what does the Rb1a2 stand for or mean ????Dumb Annie
