WILLIAM W. MOODY was born in Le Roy, Genesee County, NY, in 1850. In 1870 he came from his native town to Warsaw, Wyoming Co., NY, where he is a produce merchant. He has been town clerk two years, and clerk of the village of Warsaw one year. June 14th, 1877, he married Elizabeth, daughter of Henry and Elizabeth Garretsee, of Warsaw, Wyoming Co., NY.
