Can't be sure about Clement 3, and since I cannot access the census at this time, I cannot really analyze things further. Can you tell me the numbers on Richard Jr.'s children in the 1830 and 1840 censuses? Is there one that matches with Clement? Windsor town records list Clement as the third child of Richard Jr. and Rhoda, and the birth dates seem logical, but you're right, the Clement3 notation is odd. Perhaps a census taker's initiative?
Sorry, but I haven't heard of Carr Baker.
