Dear Lois,
Thanks for the post. Yes its a possibility. The dates are about right. However my ggf joseph (1860-1923) is placed very firmly in Bingly - I even have the address, and I have no evidence of siblings - should check the census I suppose. Also his father is down as one John M married to Hannah Rhodes. If you can tie the two M.s together then wonderful, I will look ofrward to hearing from you.
