I have a slightly different slant on the Moots' of Logan County. I believe that there were at least three brothers, Charles, Conrad and George who came to Logan County prior to War of 1812. Charles and his family, including his married son, John, left Logan Country to settle in Tippicanoe County, Indiana in the 1830's-1840's and finally went on with to settle in the Kirksville area of ne Missouri, near Kirksville. E-mail me and we may be able to help each other.
