The British desk at the Family History Library in Salt Lake City once published a map of England showing the status of filming and extraction in the various counties of England.20 years ago it showed that Yorkshire was only 20% filmed compared to 90% for most other counties because the Bishop of York would not permit the filming of the Bishop's transcripts.Since then they have been filmed, but I could not ascertain the % of extraction while visiting the FHL last week.I was told the extracted names will show up in future editions of the Family History Resource File which is sold on CD.The current FHRF for the British Isles contains a few Mordens but none from Yorkshire.
