Hi,

Am trying to establish the pedigree of the Moreau family who lived in the areas of Huyton, Leyland and Brockholes, Lancashire, England, in the seventeenth century. Paul Moreau was a gentleman servant to the 7th Earl of Derby during the civil war and was a friend of John Greennhalgh, the royalist Governor of the Isle of Man. Paul married Jane Sumpter (or Sumner) and had children. Any information gratefully received

thanks

Michael Booth
