My Granfather's name was Felice Morelli born in 1897, his brothers and sisters were Emilio Morelli (born in 1888), Henry Enrico Morelli (born in 1884), Phillip (born in ?), Sylvia (born in ?), Tina Borgogelli (born in ?)My Granfathers father was Eugenio Morelli (My Great Grandfather) and his wife was Ernesta Boni (My Great Grandmother). My granfather imigrated to Sault Ste. Marie in 1913, so he would have been in detroit before than, he was back and forther between the two places. Even some of my uncles were born between the two cities. My grandparents were married around 1924 a few years before my father was born in 1928, there eldest son, so they would have been travelling around the same time, I know the other brothers came over too but I don't have the details. Both sides of our family are around the same age. I have recently visited one of my uncles who have provided me with many pictures from back in detroit but I have not had a chance to properly go through them, the same as it has taken me a week to get the details to put together this message. I have only in the last year started tracking the history back and am having a difficult time as I do not have many relatives left and my father and his brothers are all too stubborn to bother and they aren't even sure of all the details, they aren't even sure if my grandfather had two sisters or not, so I am not getting much support. Do you know anything about the real Morelli family crest and history. I do have a plaque on this and have been trying to search to get real details on the background of the family name and am not having much like. Do you have any suggestions?
