My aunt Patricia Szymik (Morford) recently passed away after an extended illness. Her is a copy of her obituary. I have been trying to find any Morfords in Michigan and Wisconsin and any leads would be greatly appreciated.

Patricia E. Szymik, age 71, of 2300 Heffron St. Stevens Point, Wisconsin, died May 15,2006 at St Michael’s Hospital. Private Funeral services were held on Wednesday at the Shuda Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Glenn Bremer officiating. Burial was in Forest Cemetery.

Patricia was born on Oct. 17,l934 in Park Falls, the daughter of the late Frank & Louise (Harris) Morford. She married George Szymik on August 5,l955 in Battle Creek, MI. They moved to Stevens Point in 1962, Patricia was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband and two sons—Mike (Corrine) of Milwaukee and Gary (Nancy) of Woodruff—two grandchildren and seven sisters—Viola (Elmer) Crum of Grand Rapids, MI—Donna Gropp in North Carolina—Millie (Ray) Overholt , Battle Creek, MI—Marge Theune , Beaver Dam, WI –Opal (Leon) Smetak of Park Falls—Carol Fischer of Princeton and Bonnie Wartgow of Glidden
