Hi Tracy,
From <>

Message Board URL:

I have located the cemetery monument of John, Matilda, and Libby (Vilas) Govro in a cemetery in Albany, Vermont. The inscriptions read:
John Govro, May 7, 1833
Matilda, His Wife, June 15 1837, Feb 15 1904 Libby Govro, Mar 1 1857, May 25, 1910
A fourth inscription reads:
Joseph Morway, Feb 1797, Mar 1877
I don't know who this individual was. Matilda's father, perhaps? I don't know what her maiden name was...
There is a G.A.R. (Grand Army of the Republic) marker on the lot, suggesting that John was a Civil War veteran.
If any of you can connect with any of these names, I will be grateful for additional information or comments. Thanks!

You might want to email this person. Jan
